All services are carried out based on an inspection, customer request, and agreed quotation.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if working conditions are unsafe or if required access is not provided.

 

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Prices are based on the information provided by the customer and/or on-site inspection.

  • If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances, this will be discussed before proceeding.

  • Prices include labor unless otherwise stated.

  • Material costs are included only if clearly mentioned in the quotation.

 

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by the customer up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • JuVic Isolatie reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

  • Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property.

  • Ensuring safe and clear access to the work area.

  • Removing personal belongings from the work area before the start of the job.

JuVic Isolatie is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information or lack of access.

 

7. Liability

  • JuVic Isolatie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damages discovered during the work.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by Dutch law.

 

8. Warranty

  • Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be specified in writing.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party alterations.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of JuVic Isolatie unless stated otherwise.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is not permitted.
